COA/CIIP invitation for seminar

hi! am new here.... just want to know if, once you have an invitation from visa office to attend to COA/CIIP seminar meaning my visa application had tendency to be approved or it have been approved... query lang po. thanks a lot for your reply.

It is meant for people who have already got their visa, or have finished their medicals, and are now waiting for Visa

it may help you on starting ur life in canada but coa and ciip are not mandatory. The PDOS is. Godbless
