CO-op v/s Non Co-op

Hello Everyone

I am studying at Humber College and was looking forward to extend my studies and getting admissions to another course.
I am confused that should I go for a course with CO-op or course Without Co-op

I have to work after that course and I am confused.
Please Help, Thanks
