Hi mates,im a little bit confuse about the application process. Im already in Canada studying and need to apply for a Co-op work permit.
I tried applying but found out that i have to fill this form (Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker (IMM5710) (required)
The 3rd column of this form is confusing to me as it doesnt really asked me of what im applying for, beside the form clearly states Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker
