CMOOC Certificate program for Express entry

Hi,

This question might have been already posted. But still, I'd like to get it clarified.
I have 4 year bachelor's degree.
Will a post graduate diploma for 6 months in one of the cmooc like Udacity, Coursera offer any value to my express entry points?

Will WES recognize this as 4 year + certificate ?

A 3 month program almost certainly won't get you any points. Typically the program needs to be at least 8 months full time to get any points under EE.
