I opened an incorporation (xxxx Canada Inc.) in Nov 2015 and got the BN# AND GST/HST#. I have never used it for any business and obviously did not earn anything on it. Now, I would like to close it as it is useless for me. What is the best way to close an incorporation that has never been used ??
