Just got my new closed WP, but the issue date and in force date are the same 5-10-2020, but I'm not actually changing jobs until 1-12-2020. The dates are correct on the application and in the offer of employment letter, so not sure why they've not put 1-12-2020. Anyone had this happen and able to offer some insight before I spend an >1h on the phone to IRCC.
