Give an IELTS exam. That plays a major role for express entry score

Your company will need to make you a valid job offer (valid for more than one year). With that offer, and a closed Work Permit, you can get 50 points for a NOC 0,A,B job, and 200 points for a NOC 00 job (C-level, very senior executive positions).
