Closed WP to PR process

hello All

I am in Canada for past few months on Closed wp from my company. My qs is I have started working from Nov 28 2018 and I understand that If I wait for an year then I get additional 50 points.

Can I apply anytime meaning after Nov 1 2019 or Should I have to wait for any slots or PR period time ?

Please advise

And I suppose I have to write my IELTS too Please advise

There are a number of requirements to apply for PR through the Express Entry program. You'll want to dedicate time to researching how the program works to ensure you take all of the steps necessary to prepare to apply and understand what it takes to be selected.

You can apply now if you have sufficient points (450+). There are no slots or time periods. Draws are done periodically and those with the most points selected. Yes - you must write IELTS.
