closed work permit => open work permit

Hi Guys,

I sent my document to CIO at last Feb, and still wait for AOR.

My PNP category is international student with full time work in Ontario.
I have closed work permit and am working for my employer.

When I get the AOR, can I apply to open work permit?
Please let me know.

When I get the AOR, what kind of open work permit do I can apply? Bridge open work permit(BOWP)?

To apply the open work permit, do I have to keep working?
