Hi,
My husband is on a closed WP, with employer name mentioned on work permit, and is LMI-exempt. Have 7 more months' validity of the work permit.
There is some change in policy and the current company HR is not ready to share the letter mentioning
1. Employee Name, Salary, Working Hours.
2. Role and responsibilities

Do we need to get above all in a single letter?
Is it ok to share a couple of documents that would be having these details segregated into different docs, to claim the 50 points for job offer?

Please suggest.

Thanks

Ideally you should have all of that in a single letter. But if you can't get a single letter, then two separate letters should do it as long as all of the required details are covered.

You also need a letter from his employer stating they will continue to employ him for at least one year after he becomes a PR to get the 50 points. Do you have that?
