Closed Work permit Applicability with EE

Hi All,

I'm in process of trying to Apply for EE and would like to get few queries clarified

1. Currently, I'm on a closed work permit ( LMEA Exemption ) and in my work permit - the job title says "software technical architect" and valid for the next two years. My employer has given me an FTE job offer and i could get a letter saying that they can give 1 year of job permanently when i about to get a PR.
I would like to understand if i can mention in my EE application that i have a job offer to claim 50 points. Please advice.

2. Overall, I only have 430 CRS points and am going to complete one year in the coming Feb 2021. With this current CRS, is this advisable to create an EE profile and be in the pool for now. or wait for one year to complete and create a profile ?

1. If you have already worked for this employer for at least 1 year in Canada, then you can claim the 50 points. Otherwise no.
2. You can certainly craete an EE profile now.

I have one more query related to work permit. Currently, in my work permit, my title is mentioned as "software technical architect" and NOC code more towards 2173,

However, my internal org title says "Assistant Manager" and current job duties more towards "0213" – Computer and information systems managers and I could possibly get an employment reference as well if needed.

1. in EE profile, there is a question of "Four digit NOC code of current work permit" however i do not see a NOC mentioned there and only job title is mentioned as "software technical architect" - Please advice which one i should use.

2. Also on work-history section, I do not know which one to chose as my current title says "assistance manager" 0213 or 2173 -

Please advice.

you should use the same NOC code that is mentioned in your current work permit. The Designation (name) of your company and IRCC can differ

My current work permit does not have one and i asked my company legal to check to find out as to what was used when applying for WP.

If you applied through company Attorney, it should be in 'attorney support letter'
