Clinic Submitted wrong IME

When my wife did her a medicals 2 months ago the clinic submitted the wrong IME number. We just realized this recently after we noticed that her medicals wasn't updated on GCKEY and ECAS and requested for proof from the clinic. A webform has been submitted but is this a major issue?

Hi there, curious to know how you proceeded. Did they accept the results even with the wrong IME? I’m in the same boat right now. Our panel physician submitted our medicals as new upfront cases for me and my spouse instead of using the IME we provided.

We sent a webform explaining what had happened and eventually got the medical pass notification.
