Hi,

My application status changed to 'action required'. I checked to find out that CIC has added a new support document: "Replacement Needed" - (Client Enquiry) Upload by May 11,2020.

I have not made any changes to my application except for requesting extension for bio-metrics which I submitted within the time frame. I don't know what do I have to upload.

Need some guidance here please.
