Hello, I need to know if anyone else in my immigration category is experiencing the same difficulties with the Client Application Status tool. Timeline is as follows:
- Category: Private Sponsorship of Refugees: Sponsorship Agreement Holder
- Application Submitted: November 4, 2025
- AOR/Sponsorship Approval/Forwarded to Visa Office Abroad: December 9, 2025
Anytime I check the application status with all correct details, UCI/Application Number, Date of Birth, Country of Birth, I get the following message: "
We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons...". I already know the processing times for the refugee application part, and that I have months ahead to wait patiently. I am perfectly okay with email updates from IRCC. I just need to know if anyone else in this category is experiencing the same problem; if not, maybe there is a unique problem with my application and I may need to submit a web form to IRCC.
