Clarifications regarding documents required

Dear All,

I am planning to apply for the immigration under 4131 Noc as I am working as a computer and soft skills trainer in a private company for that past 2 years. Before I proceed, I would like to know the various documents that would be required during the later stages of processing.

a) Will they ask for Form 16 and Income Tax returns forms
b) Bank statement: Can we include PF statements, LIC policies, FD's, Mutual Funds, Properties and for how long should the required amount be shown existing in the account because i read somewhere that the balance should be shown for the past 6 months. Am i right?
c) Now recently I joined a new company and its hardly been a week. So when they later ask for the experience letter, my current employer would definitely not give any experience letter just for few months. So what should I do then?

I request the seniors and other board members to throw some light on these topics as soon as possible.

a & b) It would help to know what visa office you will be applying through as they each have specific requirements.
c) If you can't provide an experience letter for your current employer you need to explain why - they understand it isn't always possible to provide details (you could always include other documents like pay-stubs or your offer letter as proof of employment for your current employer)

Docs requuired depends on Visa office. For your Visa office reqd docs, check the following link

In general IT Returns and Form 16 are not required

Ypu can not include PF, propoerty LIC policy etc. You can include liquid instruments like FD, cash etc. MF may be accepted.
Bank balance should be shown from atleast a month before you submit you papers and till you get Visa. You need to carry funds to canada else you do not get entry
Ask your nre company to issue you a appointment letter or an addendum that has your job duties, it will reduce the problems letter on
