Clarification required

Hello.


I am applying under CEC . I have completed 6 + 6 months =12 months (1year) of employment.

I was given an employment contract every 6 months , but no were in the contract did the HR sign .

Will this be an issue while submitting my documents.

Not sure if you are still awaiting the answer but I've had similar situation and it did not affect me.
For clarification, it had my signature on it but my employer had his field empty.

As long as if you are ale to provide , jobs roles and responsibilities on letter head signed by your manage or HR, you should be good

The required documents are the letter of reference, and (quasi) mandatory are the T4 and NOA. Usually, there is no need to include the contract.
