Clarification require with filling form "IMM5540E Sponsor questionnaire"

Hello,

I am in process of completing forms for sponsoring my wife and daughter and got stuck with question 15 b on the form "IMM5540E Sponsor questionnaire"

My daughter was born in Dec 2010 and she is my only daughter. I mentioned that in question 15; however, 15b says "If any of your children listen in A do not live with you, give details of formal rights of visitation......"

Do I need to answer this question? and if Yes, can you please tell me what to answer in there. Since, my daughter is only 2 months old and lives with my wife and we are married. No separation or legal issues going on with our marriage.

Any help will be appreciated.

Just put "Not Applicable" for that part of the question.

Are you living apart because of the immigration process?

If you are living apart I think you need to clarify that. I don't have any experience with this question but I would always err on the side of giving too much information because otherwise it can seem like you're being deceptive. Answer it the way you think is most accurate and then include a small note explaining any discrepancies.

The only reason we are staying apart is coz of immigration. Nothing more to it.
