Clarification please

Hello,
It's been 7months I submitted my documents to WES for evaluation, and my status is saying "your evaluation is in progress, you need not do anything at this time".
I contacted them and they said that there are so many files they are processing and they will be done soon.
Am just worried because it's taking a lot of time

Normal. The six month processing time is just an estimate. It's not at all unusual for processing to take longer.
