Clarification on : Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees

Hi guys,

My educational qualification as mentioned below

10 std
Diploma 3 years
B.E 3 years (lateral entry)

So it's 10+3+3, will be rewarded points under two or more degree category becoz when i enquired they say while calculating points it will be considered but after getting ITA i will face issues for the points gained under this category since I have done my diploma after 10 th not 12 th..if there's any one who successfully got their PR with above mentioned educational qualification please shed some light it will be very helpful.

We have seen exactly same question asked 100s of times in this forum, please use the search options for details. And yes many with similar lateral entry successfully migrated to Canada.

You need to do ECA (education credentials assessments) for your qualifications and the equivalency report will determine what points you can claim. For your help, few links-

Bro, no need to be harsh. It is very easy to say use the search function when you have over 1000 posts. It is his first post and might never have used a forum before! In addition, he might be nervous /worried as it has a huge impact on his dream immigration.

I too did post a thread like this and got help. Now even some other people post in my thread asking how it went for me. That "useless" thread is now part of the search engine!

You misunderstood my post, I wasn't harsh, actually I was informing him/her about the commonness of the topic and the search option so that he/she shouldn't be worried. I searched the forum for him/her and got those links I provided. Anyway hope we have helped him/her already.
