PA married to third party but was separated in 2011 , 2 years apart from ex.
We started our relationship in 2013 and have been living together nearly 7 years.
For our common-law application we have overwhelming evidence that show proof of our relationship.
Specifically, regarding how to apply being married to a third party she has a Separating agreement (signed by both parties) and she wrote a letter of explanation to clarify the timeline of her past relationship, how long they were separated already before entering our common-law relationship.
Now just going over country specific requirements (Philippines) it states to provide original marriage certificate ( it was answered in one of my previous that this is only referring to if were married, not her marriage to ex, so she wouldn't be submitting this)
what about " Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Advisory on Marriages" ?
