I live in Ontario. I need clarification to know if I have “valid job offer”.
Here is my scenario:
1. I worked for Employer A using closed work permit(LMIA exempt) and I got 1 year Canadian experience.
2. Now after finishing one year with employer A, I had to switch to Employer B who helped me with getting a positive LMIA based on job offer.
To start working for Employer B, they filled out a web form and IRCC gave me authorization letter to start working for employer B as my new work permit is in process.

Can someone please clarify if my job offer is valid though my work permit is under processing??
