Hi

I need clarification on the work history part of my EE CEC application please, I have a few questions

1) When I completed my original express entry profile I only included my professional work history from Canada and abroad which spans 14 years. Now I am at the next stage of the application process and am wondering if I have made a mistake and should have included all my previous post graduation jobs where I was waitressing or worked as a receptionist and that this information should go in the work history section or was I right not to include it and this work goes in the personal history section?

3) As I haven't submitted my documentation yet I an unsure which jobs they will ask for reference letters for? a) Professional jobs within the last three years in Canada b) all 14 years of professional jobs c) all 14 years professional and casual jobs?

Thanks so much
Looking forward to some responses

On the profile, you are instructed to provide information on employment for the past 10 years only, and only for SKILLED employment (NOC O, A, or B). Anything that is not skilled or older than 10 years will be ignored.

Beyond that, IRCC will expect you to provide letters of reference and supporting documentation for each position listed on your profile, to support the points you earned on your CRS score.

You were right not to include ALL work experience, this however must be included in your personal history section.

See above. Only the past 10 years, only skilled work, only if listed in your profile. For Canadian work experience, you should also provide your T4s and/NOAs as supporting documents and maybe a recent paystub.
