Dear all
I have doubt about Letter of employment for CEC Inland Canada case. I am working NOC2174 LMIA approved job since 1+ year now since Apr2019. My HR provides me letter saying permanent full time 40hr job since Apr2019 along with Salary etc. & job responsiblties.
But they are not comfortable saying we would be happy to support him for Permanent Resident Visa and 1year job after the PR process. (i am not sure how some employer can commit for next 1.5-2years to keep in job).

Is this common that HR don't write such stuff..I have all documents old job offer letter of 2019, Payslips, LMIA letter, Notice of assessment from cRA etc.
Can someone share what HR guys are ok to write in such cases so that I can check with them if they can write. Any other supporting document we should attached for the Letter of employment apart from above items.

Please guide.
thanks

You wont get 50 points if you cant get the Offer letter (with the words expected by CIC)
If you claim 50 points by uploading document without expected format, your application will be rejected/refused (if your CRS goes below cutoff after deducting 50 points)
There are many threads in this forum that will give you more details about this. please search.

yeah, anyone who is CEC can share what their HR wrote. Is there any different wordings we can use to convince HR to write something..Perhaps some better choice of words can make them write the same i feel..
If someone can share what their HR wrote in the letter it would be great.

I am confused if their letter shows permanent full time job doesn't it ok with IRCC?. I will search forums too.

My offer letter says full-time indefinite duration.. Its LMIA approved job. Will this be ok instead of exact 1year post PR thing?
