Hi,

I have mostly worked as a freelancer and have been in a regular job since feb 2018- Aug 2019. My issue here is that I did not recieve the pay regularly. There are some months when i was not paid due to financial issues at the company and that payment is still pending for payment , meaning that I will soon be paid for about 4-5 months that they missed on as a lump sum amount.

Is this going to be an issue? Do I have to show bank statements for the whole job duration or few months is enough? Or are salary slips/offer letter with CTC sufficient?

Do i also need to show proof of payments for my older freelance work?

Thanks in advance.

Salary slips are not part of standard documents that are required. As long as you have a reference letter that states your monthly or yearly compensation, you would be fine on a company letterhead.

Agree on this. We didn't submit the payslips., just a very complete RL.

Did you have to submit a proof of payments made to you ? Bank account statements showing that you were paid during that duration?
No.

Again, we had a complete reference letter in which everything they asked for was stated.

So I've been worrying about nothing. Thanks for the reply :)
If the information is readily available, and no need for translation, just add it. Again, it is better to exceed than to miss.
