Claiming Education points based on WES ECA

Hi GUys,
My WES ECA report reads as follows. I'm wondering which option should I select under education while submitting my profile? Can I select Twor or more certificates, with one being at least 3 years?

1. Credential Authentication: Documents were sent directly by the institution

Status: Recognized Institution
