Hi
i have few question and appreciate if somebody help me.

first problem is, that i have no evidence to prove i was in prison and been tortured for been involved in political protest. my country held those information in secret and u cant get them in any shape or form.
im really scared for my life, they free me from prison 5 month ago but they never let u alone for ever!
i know lots of people in my situation that all of sudden got decades of prison sentence.
i recently called back again for more interrogation and they said we are not done and expect more of these.

as i said i have no documents to back this claims and im wondering do i even have a chance? between uk and canada which one is better based on my chance and the process speed? i heard its at least 2 years for canada! is it true or it can be shorter based on my situation?
i had a friend who went to uk last year and got the whole thing done in 2 month! unfortunately lost contact with him so i dont know how was the actual process. im really confused on what do to and where to go.

my other question is when u get to a country should u claim asylum in port of entry or do it inside the country?
do i need to get help (lawyer/...)? do they have an effect on the acceptance of my claim or how fast they process it?

Expect 2 years just to find out if they will accept your claim. Add time after that for the rest of the process. Doesn’t matter where you claim once you arrive.

Do you have a TRV to get to Canada? UK is usually longer than 2 months.

The process will take many years and you have little chance of approval with nothing to support your claims.

You will need a TRV to come to Canada in order to even claim asylum. The other option is to go to another country and try to be recognized as a refugee by UNHCR; if recognized, you would then be resettled in whatever country they can put you in.

my only option is to use fak passport. no matter where i go!
so am i getting this right that, stronger case u have the faster u might get approval?
trying my best to get some evidence but its seems impossible.

Don't use a fake passport. This is a bad plan. This will create problems for your application. It may result in you being detained when you arrive and sent back immediately.

You will need an approved TRV (tourist visa) to enter Canada.

No - stronger cases do not get faster approval. You should assume it will take 2-3 yeas regardless.

There is a high chance of being caught with your fake passport.

its very risky but i dont have any other options.
does anybody knows what countries have the fastest refugee process? waiting 2-3 years to find out you have to leave and start this whole thing all over again is mind bugling. even if i had the perfect case i still rather go somewhere that process my application fast.
im not picky on what country do i want to save my life!

i Would think you would be happy in any country if you are a refugee. Expect a fake passport to cause you no end of problems where ever you go.

Processing time vary every country, But without proper evidence and documentation you case acceptance rate is very very low. You can try France, Spain or Portugal but also depends on the Nationality and basis of claim. use your own passport.
