Claiming additional 50 points

Have been working in Canada for 1 year. I have a company agreement letter, secondment letter, I have offer details(Salary part).
I have the supporting letter with me from my company which they submitted to CIC while filling for ICT. In this letter a detailed job descriptions, my experiences are outlined.

Can I use all these together to claim under JOB Offer.

Each LMIA document has a validity date. LMIA's are usually valid for 6 months to 1 year. What is that on your LMIA document?

yes, but it can not be used for PR under NAFTA, Talent exchange and there is another program.

Inter Company Transfer is under Skill Exchange program which has separate procedure.

Hi, can I claim 50 points with all supporting document which I have. I am on intercompany transfer and have completed one year with the same employer in Canada. Have work permit valid till 14th Aug 2020

I am currently working in CANADA on ICT WP from Sept 25th 2018 and completed one year on the same employer as per WP.

I can provide below documents towards 50 points on job offer:

Employment agreement
secondment Letter
Compensation details
Latest annual compensation letter obtained in 2019

Reference letter from employer stating that I am in full time position starting 25th September 2018 and current work permit expires on Aug 14th 2020 . My company doesn’t provide any PR specific reference letter. I received as temporary residence purpose only.

Job position details with skill and responsibilities— for this I can provide the supporting letter company submitted to CIC while filling ICT WP

Company will not specify confirm job for 1 year after getting PR. Offer shows start date as 24th Sept 2018 with no end dates

last one year paystub

With all these documents can I claim 50 points on job offer?

@mr.preetsingh I have an LMIA approved job offer. I will be starting work in December 2019. Will i be able to claim additional 50 points with a job offer letter which states i have been offered "job on an indeterminate/permanent full time (40hrs per week) basis in the position as software engineer (Associated NOC 2173, skill type A)"

Can anybody here help me with this query? I am very confused whether to claim 50 points or no. I have read posts which state offer should say "its valid 1 year after PR". Is that mandatory?

Hi ,
From all the details that you had provided here I can infer which company you are currently working.Unfortunately even I'm working in the same company.

I claimed points and got invited but my application was rejected last year.Though I was able to prove employment,officer had rejected it as nowhere in my document it is mentioned that I will work for the employer for atleast 1 year after getting PR.

I would recommend you to claim points once you apply for wp extension.

Though my wp is extended but still I am not claiming points as I dont want to take any risk again.

Thanks, so you are asking to wait for wp extension to get approved. I already applied wp extension and it’s in progress
