I think this is the reason why I can still get 21 points while using 4141?

4131 College and Other Vocational Instructors

you need to show at least 1 year continuous paid work-ex in 4131.. the rest can be shown in 4141 and you can claim 21 points...
 
Yes indeed, it's 21 points!

I got 6 yrs experience in 4141.
Then, later spend another 3 yrs as 4131.
