Claim Asylum to Canada through US

Hi all

I am Egyptian, live Qatar, my residency in Qatar will be expired by the end of next November.

My wife is an Israeli resident. My son born in Israel. So I had to go the Israeli embassy in Jordan to finish my son's birth papers in order to extract an Egyptian passport.

I have an issue with the Egyptian National Security because of my several visits to the aforesaid Israeli Embassy.

Last week, My lawyer in Egypt infirmed me that that three of the National Security officers ca. R to my mom's home asking about me and informed her that they want me coming to Egypt for a serious investigation.

The lawyer informed me also that the Emergency Law will be applicable in such cases. That means they will detent me for unknown time limits.

He sent Mr an official legal opinion about my situation.

Now, I can't never go back to Egypt. I can't stay more in Qatar. I can't go to Israel. I have a valid visit visa to the US and UK.

Then try to claim asylum in either the UK or the US. Don't waste your time trying to pass through the US to claim in Canada. I already explained why...
