My wife has received a PR visa and we should be landed in Vancouver, BC by next month.

We are flying from Seoul to Vancouver, via transfer in Seattle /United States.... would that be a problem to pass the Canada IMMIGRATION ?

I am not sure if I should take a direct flight from Seoul to Vancouver for the landing interview process.

It's not a problem for Canada. However depending on your wife's nationality - she may need a visa to transit through the US and these can be difficult to get.
