It takes 5 minutes to google the requirements...
Have a look at the details, but no, you're not eligible yet. You have to accumulate 1095 days, including at least 2 years after you get your PR.

No, you cannot. You don't meet the requirements at this time.

You are NOT eligible at this time. The EARLIEST you are eligible to apply is august 2024.

You MUST have 1095 days of residency of which a MINIMUM MUST be 730 days as PR. Any day before PR on a VALID visitor, student, temporary foreign worker visa counts as HALF a day. You are ONLY able to use 730 days as a non PR towards your eligibility. (730 x 0.5 = 365 as temp + 730 days as PR = 1095 days)

If you HAD googled this AND/OR read up on the info on IRCC website, you would know all this.

As @yyzstudent mentioned the time spent as temporary resident on a TRV as a student or worker will be considered half and max number of days considered for your residency obligation under this temporary status is 730 days, which translates to 365 days in total
Now if you had any absences (out side of Canada) during this temporary period they will also be considered half as well.
So the balance # of days you have to attain is via the PR phase of your residency.
Hence you will only be able to apply for citizenship after you complete 1.095 days in total.
Please make sure you keep few more weeks/days in addition to 1095 days on top before you apply for citizenship
One good tool to help you plan by when you can apply for citizenship is the Physical Presence Calculator https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/rescalc/resCalcStartNew.do

This is wrong.

Can you cite a source for that? My understanding is that any day outside of Canada counts as 0.
What I meant above was that absence during TRV phase will also need to be factored in (as half) the calculation
e.g. 40 days total spent outside of Canada during TRV phase it will be considered as 20 days of absence

The way you worded it did not say that.
