I have following score in CanTEST - Listening - 4.5, Reading - 4, Written - 5, Oral - 5. I have the score certificate / document from University of Manitoba . I gave exam in march 2016. I am applying for citizenship from my home address of alberta.
1. Is this CanTEST score certificate of 2016 from Manitoba University valid for citizenship?
2. will it be considered , as I am applying from alberta?
3. Also, I need some info regarding OCI - which allows me to visit my birth country without taking permission/without applying for visit. When to apply for it? Merits and Demerits of the same?
