Hello,

About the language requirement, if I have an Bachelor Degree from a University abroad, but is a recognized institution by Canada and I have also gotten the equivelancy through WES (World Education Services), is this enough to prove that I do not need to take the IELTS exam?

Does your transcript or certificate specify that the mode of education was in English? If it doesn't a letter from the university would be good to have which specifies the same.

In the transcript from WES no mention of courses taken in English, but some English courses in University are mandatory for all students.
