Hello

I want to know if my bachelors degree ( MBBS) and post graduation (M.D) from India are enough as a language proof for citizenship.
It doesn't says on degree or transcripts that language of instruction was in English. But degree and transcripts are in English and courses were taught in English.
I am also doing masters from mcgill University.

Do I still need to take Ielts. I never took ielts before.

Thanks

I think IELTS not required in your case.
Medium of study (English) might be stated in your degree certificates( Convagation or Consolidate memo) if not get one Medium of study certificate from university.

You can submit Medium of study certificate along with your degree documents.
