Citizenship: Interview required ~No Instruction received ?

Hello,
Long story short my citizenship grant application is in process since July 2019. Yup 3.5+ years and waiting....

Recently on the application tracker, I received an update that an interview is required but I haven't received any instructions via email. Another interesting thing is the update was made on Nov 14 and the statement says "You've been scheduled to attend an interview with our official on November 14, 2022. Information and instructions will be sent to you."

I am not in Canada is there any way I can contact IRCC? or just wait for the instructions?
Any help is appreciated.

Nov 14th has already passed so it's their fault not sending you email. Contact them ASAP to reschedule. You CAN take interview outside.
I took both test and interview outside. Contact them via the email that sent you the test instructions.

Yes. Called ircc, the on phone agent made a note on my file that I never received an invitation email. They have now rescheduled me for a future date.
