Question on behalf of friend:
Person studied in ontario, aagter completing etudy they mkved to manitoba. got pr via manitoba pnp program. They lived there for 2 years since pr. But they want to move back to ontario.
Question- will there be issue when they apply for citizenship? Would it be concerned that why move out of province where you got pr via pnp? They tried for two years staying but wages are low, not many jobs.
Wondering will there be any issue in citizenship application?
