Hi folks,
What's the best way to pay the citizenship fee. Through Credit Card or Bank Draft.
I wanna pay through Bank draft. Is it ok?

u can pay online through credit card.. and print the receipt..and attached with your application..

Hi canada1234,

Yes they were right the total amount of Citizenship fee was $630 also it was stated on cic website that you can online pay online. If not, they will return your application.

Thanks everyone.

I will pay the fee 2-3 days before applying and submit the receipt with the application. Is that Right?

You can do that or you can at the fee on same day you sign the application. The online payment will give you a receipt page with a barcode on it. You will also receive the same as email. This page with the barcode needs to be included with your application.

Thanks fir reoly. One more question.. I landed here in dec 2012. I submitted the income tax returns in 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016. I am gonna apply citizenship in jan 2017. How many years of income tax returns are sufficed.

Re: Citizenship queries?

I live in etobicoke. Which center should I apply e.g toronto, mississauga, brampton, scarborough etc.

Moreover, which center is the fastest among those.

Thnx

They will choose the CIC closest to your address. You don't get to choose one. It is likely that etobicoke will be your cic office on account that you live in etobicoke.
