Just a quick question , Government of Manitoba Runs Manitoba Immigrant Integration Program in Brandon, MB , so if someone has attended the EAL classes there, can that certificate be used as an English requirement for applying for Citizenship, and any idea for how long one has to attend the classes so that should be acceptable to CIC, any help would be highly appreciated.
