Hi There, I applied for my citizenship back on April 2018. On the website said the process takes up to a year, is been more than that. I know that they received my application as they have confirm so, I sent an email requesting an updated on the process and they just keep telling me that they will contact me in case that they need anything else. That's it!! Is any one else having the same issue? I can't understand why they say a year when it will take longer.
