my husband is a cosigner with me to sponsor my parents. he became canadian citizen in 2001, but on citizenship card only year is available not date and month.So what should i put in date and month's boxes in the form 1344A, B (8)?????

The date on the citizenship card is the date it was printed, he should remember the date of his oath/ceremony and it is listed on the ceremonial certificate he was given.
