Citizenship CIT0002(10-2020)E Section 15 language evidence grey out

Hi Guys,
When I download citizenship application for adult form CIT 0002(10-2020)E download, section 15 language evidence section grey out and cant fill in. Is that my PDF erroe? the rest all section are ok. Any idea?

That section will be enabled after you enter your DOB in Q4(f).

I upgraded my Adobe Acrobat Reader to the latest version and now the section is enabled (and the tons of red blocks saying end date needs to be greater than from date even though they are, mentioned in that thread that I was also getting, have finally gone away)
