Oath completed on May 16th SCR office. Still waiting for the certificate.

I did my oath on 16th May. Sent and email yesterday and they replied. Certificate was sent out on 23rd May and requesting to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

I did my oath on May 18 and no certificate yet. Every time I call, they give me different info on whether my certificate has been sent out or not.
Which email address did you send the email to? Same as the one you sent the oath form?

Yes exact same email.

I got my certificate during my in-person ceremony but I think it’d be the same contact and office that is processing your citizenship ceremony responsible for sending it out… Maybe that’s happening because of the IRCC strike that happened last month?
