Citizenship certificates for kids

Hello members need some help for PROOF OF children's were born in US to Canadian naturalized father Mother is not US or Canadian citizen just US LPR.
QUESTION 1. fee is 75 CND per Application ??
Can father pay the fee from Canada and singed application with proof of certified copy of citizenship card plus current passport . and send full application to usa family address. They will send to Sudbury office with full application and required documents
QUESTION 2 . Can usa birth Certificates notarized from Canada because NJ notary public are not allowed to do certify true copy as per CIC requirements.
Question 3. in check list did not ask for Parents Marriage Certificate AND did not require other parents ets ( MOTHER) copy of usa ids like passport green card drivers licence ( No need it OR should v send it with app.
Fee is 75 CND per application CORRECT ??

1. Yes, it is $75 CAN (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-0001-application-citizenship-certificate-adults-minors-proof-citizenship-section-3.html#pay-fee) Yes if you do not want to pay online (which they prefer), you can pay in Canada and send the receipts back home; or you can go to the consulate in New York and pay in person too.
2. Yes, you can have the birth certificates certified in Canada. I read somewhere that consulates can also certify documents for you; you could contact the consulate in New York and ask if they offer this service.
3. You do not include anything regarding the non-Canadian parent with the application, except the information required in question 8A regarding the applicant's parents.
