Citizenship Certificate was not delivered. NEED HELP !!!

Greetings all

My virtual Oath was 5 weeks ago and I informed IRCC my emergency travel plan. He said he already mailed my Certificate out 2 days after the Oath but I am still waiting for my certificate to come. He used Regular Mail for my case though I have explained everything #sigh .

Does anyone here have experience about claiming them for "Certificate was not delivered" ? What do they ask us to do ? and how long do we have to wait again for the process of issuing a new one and do they use Tracking Mail for the second time ?

Contact the office that did your oath, let them know u haven’t received it yet
