Hi,

I received my notice to attend the oath ceremony in Vancouver yesterday. I thought that in the notice letter it would mention something about the public being able to attend, but there isn't. Also, the ceremony date/time is not listed on the CIC website.

Should I therefore assume that this ceremony is not open to the public?!

Thanks for any pointers...

In my invite, it mentioned guests are allowed and asked everyone to please dress nicely. I had my wife there and she took pictures of everything. This is the Mississauga office. Maybe Vancouver is different?

Also - how can your invite letter not have a date/time of when the ceremony is???

Thanks for the reply. It's the CIC website that doesn't have my ceremony date/time listed, not the invite letter!
