"Are you going to be part of any?

How I wish! Took the test March 7/13, was told by CIC officer that result would be after 2-4 months.

When did you submit your application? I submitted mine in july 2011 and it is still in process until now. I just checked the average processing and it shows it's now 23 months it started with a little over a year but now it's almost 2 years. I am starting to think that it is being delayed so that when we apply for passports we will be paying the new passport fees.

People with Dec 2010 to Jan 2011 submission (roughly speaking) were invited for tests two or three weeks ago.

My pr card expired after I sent the application. I feel liked I am living illegally and a prisoner since then. Mine does not even show they transferred it already. The only thing there is that they started processing since feb 2012. Thanks for indicating your timeline it is comforting to know that mine is still normal. I thought maybe they forgot about us already.

It doesn't say number of new Canadians will receive their citizenship on either ceremony. Hope someone got invited can post when he/she took the test.
