I applied our citizenship grant on May 2020 and received AOR on October 2020. I have not received any update since then. It has been 2 yrs and 3 months since the application and I have not heard from them. The tracker shows it's in progress but the IRCC website shows the processing time is 24 months only. What should i do next?
