Can a person who is going to US for trucking job employed by Canadian company count all the period during his traveling while counting time eligible for applying citizenship??
What are the documents required for doing citizenship application?

No you cannot. Only canadian public crown servants can count those days.

But there is one document some log which if submit then this time can be considered for citizenship requirements

As a truck driver, if you returned back to Canada the same day or next day then those days may be counted for the total number of days because as I have heard, if any portion of day spent in Canada then that full day is counted for citizenship.
