Hi, we applied citizenship together, me and my kid got confirmation email that they received application and will start the process, but my spouse haven’t get any confirmation email, please any suggestion what should do?

Hi, thanks for reply, we just got except my spouse, was thinking to call cic to ask them then realize that they might busy, so will wait a week?
