Hello
I need guidance on my citizenship application. I was charged with domestic assault and given conditional discharge with one year probation which i completed successful on 16 April 2017. I was told that criminal record will be finished after three years of completed probation time.
Now at the time of citizenship application, what documents i have to supply to support my application.
is my previous conditional discharge background going to affect my application in anyway.
Also the one year time i have spent in Canada during probation period. will that count towards my residence days ?
i really need your help in this regards.
Thank you in advance
